Research Beta: Not for Clinical Use

This tool is intended for research and educational purposes only. It must not be used to guide clinical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

AIMA is a training-free Bayesian model for outpatient spine triage. Rather than following a fixed checklist, it selects the single most informative question at each step, chosen by expected information gain (Greedy-EIG), so it reaches a management recommendation in as few questions as possible. It will ask a short series of targeted yes/no questions and return a ranked differential diagnosis with management recommendations.
